O2 get in 2 million iPhones in UK

According to the latest updates, O2 has shifts to more than 2 million iPhones consumers in United Kingdom. Inspite of moving away from the devices. The Chief Executive of O2 said that “despite losing the exclusivity on the device to the likes of Vodafone and Orange, the two year deal has kept customers coming to the Telefonica-owned network.”

It is not something that can become old in few days or months, it will require a big time to get obsolete. By adding up the Palm Pre, they get a boom in sales at the end of 2009, by launching through some exclusive deals.

Micro-SIM-CardsThe orders for micro SIM cards are being placed by O2 and Orange with connections to Dutch supplier Gemalto claims. The new micro SIM cards take a place of 20 years older SIM cards that used to store essential data for a carrier connection.

The orders placed after the announcement of the iPad from Apple. The tablet device enables to use micro SIM cards for 3G access and supported by O2 or Orange by June or July or as early in April.

Paly.com is currently offering iPhone 3GS with a free SIM for just £900. Though the SIM comes for free it is still £362 higher than the same thing bought from O2.

There is a history of selling the famous unlocked iPhones through Play.com. The firms have now legally obliged them to unlock the iPhones they are selling.

These type of phones are rumored to be sourced from France where the law states that they must be sold SIM free, the contrary is happening again through Play.com. However, the price is higher too and so you can see through the proclamation of the “free” SIM.
